Today I tried to incorporate brain yoga into my daily yoga routine.
As I am studying LSAT questions, today I studies Logical Reasoning (assumptions) questions, I started noticing that reasoning makes my thought process faster. In other words, I am able to calculate, or solve problems, much more quickly if I used my reasoning skills to solve questions. Rather than trying to remember all memorized portion of the passages (such as the underlined evidence section). I only use my reasoning abilities, not memorized information, to solve each LSAT question.
I do think that using reasoned aspects of my thinking taps into more efficiency in my brain, which helps me solve problems more quickly. Had I just memorized information and then hope that it later connect it later, then my solving would be much more slower.

I just remembered how not get so distracted while taking in information. Smart people would prioritize information while they are doing something. For example,
Nancy didn't say anything to me when I told her about something. She didn't respond back to my comment because she prioritized working on BJJing me on the mat.

I remembered something else. Transference (applying what you learned to new contexts) difficulties are the most common for kids with intellectual disabilities.

In the morning I tried doing Super brain yoga for the very first time and I came out with a higher state of consciousness and mindfulness. My daydreaming symptoms evaporated and I was able to sustain moment to moment attention. Highly recommend this for daydreaming disorder patients.
